As a service provider we are responsible for content on these pages in accordance with § 7 Abs.1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Our website is hosted by our processor Alfahosting, Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany.

Connection data are processed to provide and to deliver the website. Data are not stored beyond access for the mere purpose of delivery and provision of the website.

The legal basis of processing is the legitimate interest (absolute technical necessity to provide and to deliver the “website” service which you have explicitly requested by visiting the website according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Contact Form

You can contact us by using a contact form provided on our website. Web Fonts

Google Fonts

We process connection data and browser data in cooperation with our processor Google Fonts, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in order to provide the fonts which the web browser needs to display the website. These data are processed only for the time needed to select and transfer the fonts.

The legal basis of processing is the legitimate interest (absolute technical necessity to provide and to deliver the “website” service which you have explicitly requested by visiting the website according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Any further independent processing of data by Google Fonts is carried out by Google as sole controller. Detailed information is provided in the Data privacy policy and in the FAQ of Google Fonts.

Analysis Services

WP Statistics

We use the local analysis software WP-Statistics, WordPress to process your data for the purpose of troubleshooting, failure analysis and statistical analysis and to identify measures for the sophistication of our website.

This service is a local analysis tool so that no personal data are transferred to the service provider or to third parties. Furthermore, your personal data are anonymized immediately after such data were collected. Personal data are therefore not stored beyond initial processing.

The legal basis of processing is the legitimate interest (absolute technical necessity to provide and to deliver the “website” service which you have explicitly requested by visiting the website according to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Right to object

You have the right to object to processing if your personal data are processed based on legitimate interests.

We will then cease the processing carried out on this basis, unless there are compelling and legitimate reasons for us to do so.

You have the right to access to, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of personal data.

You have also the right to data portability if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on a contract concluded with you.

Newsletter data

To send our newsletter, we need your e-mail address. Verification of the specified e-mail address is necessary and the newsletter subscription has to be confirmed. Supplementary data are not collected or are voluntary. The use of the data takes place exclusively for the dispatch of the newsletter. The data provided in the newsletter registration are processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation, send an e-mail to info(at)christresurrection.org or sign out via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation. Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of cancellation. If these data have been sent to us for other purposes and elsewhere, they will remain with us.

YouTube

For the integration and presentation of video content, our website uses plugins from YouTube. Provider of the video portal is the YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with an embedded YouTube video, it will connect to YouTube’s servers. YouTube will find out which of our sites you’ve visited. YouTube may associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile should you be logged into your YouTube account. By logging out beforehand you have the option to prevent this. The use of YouTube is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f DSGVO. PayPal

Our website offers the possibility to donate via PayPal. The payment service provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. If you send money with PayPal, the payment data you entered will be transmitted to PayPal. The transmission of your data to PayPal is based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO (processing to fulfill a contract). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. Past data processing operations remain in effect when revoked.
